Vltava

Vltava is considered as one of the most original bands on the Czech music scene.

The band earned this denomination not only by the unusual poetics of riddling texts, but also by her completely unique musical style, which perfectly matches the charismatic voice of singer, guitarist, poet and actor Robert Nebřenský. The slogan "Czech poetry - world music" is the most accurate expression.
The concerts of Vltava are renowned for their relaxed atmosphere, room for improvisation and great instrumental performances. Currently, Vltava offers the program "The Load of Happiness" / "Náklad Štěstí" on the occasion of the same-called reissue of all regular CDs of the band and the release of a new album of rare recordings "Diamond shoes in the stove door" / "Diamantové boty ve dvířkách kamen". The concert program also features songs that haven't been heard from the stage for a long time or have never ever been performed. During the concert, the past, present and future will come to pass. In addition to the rare songs from old times and the well-known hits from all periods of existence of the group, there will also be fresh songs from the upcoming album.
According to the frontman Robert Nebřenský, "... the world created in the "Load of Happiness" already provides enough space for a quality life in it itself." By this he warns about the difficulties of returning to the common reality.
